Client Review
What an amazing stay!
The location was perfect tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but still close to great cafes and the beach. The villa was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a great pool and open living area. Also loved being up on the rooftop for sunset! The staff were super friendly and responsive to anything I needed. Would definitely come back again!
Client Review
Had a really nice time at this villa it is just as nice as in the photos if not better. Finding a nice place to stay in Uluwatu is hard especially in this area. It was quiet, peaceful and close to a lot if really nice beaches and restaurants. The staff was helpful and made sure that everything during my stay was taken care of. Definitely would stay here again and recommend!
Client Review
We had a lovely stay at this villa. It’s so spacious and the beds are really comfy. It helped us feel a lot more replenished after travelling for a while. One thing that really stood out was the responsiveness & friendliness of the managers. I’m so grateful for their help in several situations, they were more than accommodating and always on hand if there were any problems. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price!

Every villa earns its place on this list.
In practice, original photography is the most expensive part of intake. It is also the part we refuse to outsource, because the chain from villa to page breaks the moment we do.
-
01
Inspected 3 times before we list to our platform
The file behind each listing contains three intake inspections, an unknown number of reinspections, and a curator's editorial sign-off chain. The listing is the file's public summary.
-
02
Real photos, taken recently, no wide-angle tricks.
A describing photograph honours the room's actual proportions. Bali Villa Experts' brief defaults to describing photographs and asks for justification before dramatising ones.
-
03
We accept only villas that has no bad ratings
The price of acting on guest patterns is the loss of villas whose owners would prefer they remain listed. Bali Villa Experts pays that price too.
-
04
Owner identity verified, no anonymous landlords
An anonymous landlord is not a listing on Bali Villa Experts. The acceptance workflow excludes anonymity from intake, regardless of how attractive the villa is.
-
05
All listed appliances tested and working at inspection
In practice, the most common reason for listing corrections is appliance test results that contradict the owner's descriptions. Bali Villa Experts corrects to the test results.
