Client Review
What an amazing stay!
The location was perfect tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but still close to great cafes and the beach. The villa was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a great pool and open living area. Also loved being up on the rooftop for sunset! The staff were super friendly and responsive to anything I needed. Would definitely come back again!
Client Review
Had a really nice time at this villa it is just as nice as in the photos if not better. Finding a nice place to stay in Uluwatu is hard especially in this area. It was quiet, peaceful and close to a lot if really nice beaches and restaurants. The staff was helpful and made sure that everything during my stay was taken care of. Definitely would stay here again and recommend!
Client Review
We had a lovely stay at this villa. It’s so spacious and the beds are really comfy. It helped us feel a lot more replenished after travelling for a while. One thing that really stood out was the responsiveness & friendliness of the managers. I’m so grateful for their help in several situations, they were more than accommodating and always on hand if there were any problems. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price!

The handler may be the face of the villa, but the owner is the legal anchor. Both are documented; both are reverified when anything changes.

Inspected 3 times before we list to our platform
Three times is the minimum for any villa accepted onto Bali Villa Experts. The third visit is not a formality; about one in five villas that cleared the second visit fail the third.

02
Real photos, taken recently, no wide-angle tricks.
In practice, the photography brief produces less dramatic images than the market average. The trade is dramatic at the level of the catalogue: listings on Bali Villa Experts tend to match the properties at check-in.

03
We accept only villas that has no bad ratings
We delist villas whose guest feedback no longer supports the listing. The delisting is quiet, documented, and not negotiable.
-
04
Owner identity verified, no anonymous landlords
In our view, anonymity to the platform compromises accountability when escalation happens. The compromise is unacceptable at this rate point.

05
All listed appliances tested and working at inspection
In Bali, appliances face heat, humidity, and salt air that accelerate failures. Bali Villa Experts' testing cadence is calibrated to that reality.
