This villa was designed for guests who want Canggu convenience without feeling stuck in the middle of the chaos.

Across three levels, the space combines soft Mediterranean architecture with warm wood tones, textured finishes and relaxed outdoor living. The interiors feel clean, minimal and calming, while still having enough warmth to feel lived in.

Downstairs, the open-plan living area connects the kitchen, dining space and sunken lounge into one social hub. Large openings bring in natural light throughout the day while the insulated UPVC windows help keep the villa noticeably quieter than most Batu Bolong properties.

Upstairs, both bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, built-in wardrobes and warm neutral styling with arched details and woven lighting that give the space a boutique hotel feel.

The standout feature is the rooftop level. A private plunge pool sits beside a shaded lounge area with oversized built-in seating, woven pendants and tropical greenery surrounding the terrace. On the opposite side, the tanning deck creates a second outdoor zone that works perfectly for sun, drinks or hosting friends before heading out into Canggu.

Running the rental business gives us the part a brochure cannot: which areas fill and when, what a villa really earns and which return on investment projections you can trust. What you see here is the handful we would put our own name behind.

The villas we would send our own friends to.

Bali Expert Villas started because finding a good place to stay here was harder than it should be. Endless listings, prices that moved depending on who was asking, and nobody willing to say which villas were actually worth it.

So we did it the slow way. We manage villas full time, month after month, which means we see what a place really earns, how it holds up in wet season, and whether the owner answers the phone when something breaks. The list on this site is what survived that.

That same knowledge is what makes the sales side work. We are not developers and we have no project of our own to push. We introduce people to the handful of opportunities we would put our own name behind, and say so plainly when the answer is to wait.
