What an amazing stay!
The location was perfect tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but still close to great cafes and the beach. The villa was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a great pool and open living area. Also loved being up on the rooftop for sunset! The staff were super friendly and responsive to anything I needed. Would definitely come back again!

Had a really nice time at this villa it is just as nice as in the photos if not better. Finding a nice place to stay in Uluwatu is hard especially in this area. It was quiet, peaceful and close to a lot if really nice beaches and restaurants. The staff was helpful and made sure that everything during my stay was taken care of. Definitely would stay here again and recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this villa. It’s so spacious and the beds are really comfy. It helped us feel a lot more replenished after travelling for a while. One thing that really stood out was the responsiveness & friendliness of the managers. I’m so grateful for their help in several situations, they were more than accommodating and always on hand if there were any problems. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price!

Inspected 3 times before we list to our platform
Three inspections, one standard, no exceptions. The phrase is short and operationally exhausting to live by — but it's the only structure we've found that produces a list guests can trust.

Real photos, taken recently, no wide-angle tricks.
If the property has a quirk — an unusual layout, a narrow corridor, an awkward entry — the photograph shows it. Quirks are part of the villa's character, and disclosing them protects everyone.

We accept only villas that has no bad ratings
Our acceptance team reads reviews on the assumption that the reviewer's experience is the truth. Owner pushback against negative reviews is noted but rarely changes our evaluation; the experience the guest had is the experience our future guests would risk. The default position is guest-side, and the default has held up across years of acceptance decisions.

Owner identity verified, no anonymous landlords
Bali Villa Express does not waive vetting depth for repeat owners. Every new villa from an existing owner inherits the same process as a first-time onboarding, because each property has its own characteristics that require independent verification.

Owner disputes over our appliance findings require evidence. We document what we observe; if owners disagree, they produce records or independent verification — but the documentation is the default position.
