Client Review
What an amazing stay!
The location was perfect tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but still close to great cafes and the beach. The villa was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a great pool and open living area. Also loved being up on the rooftop for sunset! The staff were super friendly and responsive to anything I needed. Would definitely come back again!
Client Review
Had a really nice time at this villa it is just as nice as in the photos if not better. Finding a nice place to stay in Uluwatu is hard especially in this area. It was quiet, peaceful and close to a lot if really nice beaches and restaurants. The staff was helpful and made sure that everything during my stay was taken care of. Definitely would stay here again and recommend!
Client Review
We had a lovely stay at this villa. It’s so spacious and the beds are really comfy. It helped us feel a lot more replenished after travelling for a while. One thing that really stood out was the responsiveness & friendliness of the managers. I’m so grateful for their help in several situations, they were more than accommodating and always on hand if there were any problems. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price!

Every villa earns its place on this list.
Reports from each inspection round live behind the public page. They are read by curators, not by guests, but their existence is the reason the public page tends to be accurate.
-
01
Inspected 3 times before we list to our platform
An intake at Bali Villa Experts runs three inspections, three reports, and a curator's editorial sign-off before any villa is published. The intake is heavier than the industry tolerates, and the catalogue reflects that weight.
-
02
Real photos, taken recently, no wide-angle tricks.
Real, recent, honestly-framed photographs are the standard we built our platform around. The standard has not relaxed across years of operation, and the archive you see is the result of holding it consistently.
-
03
We accept only villas that has no bad ratings
Each review is read end to end during acceptance. Summary ratings are useful for triage; the substance of reviews is what drives the editorial decision.
-
04
Owner identity verified, no anonymous landlords
Imagine a villa platform whose first acceptance step is verifying the owner's identity through three reconciled documents. Bali Villa Experts is that platform.
-
05
All listed appliances tested and working at inspection
Most platforms treat appliance verification as a checkbox rather than a workflow. Bali Villa Experts treats it as a documented operational step with persistent records.
